🌎Returns and Refunds Policy
We do our best to get you the right products as quickly as possible. But, unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive the incorrect items, or your order is damaged, please let us know immediately and we’ll make it right.
Returns must be received in their unopened, undamaged original packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or mis-delivered.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take
responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Once parcel has reached us, we take 1-3 working days to process your return (excluding Refund Processing Time)
Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days of receiving your return, and please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.
